Netflix-reeks The Umbrella Academy loopt af na het vierde seizoen. Dat vertelt maker Steve Blackman in en press release. Het laatste seizoen zal in ieder geval een mooi einde breien aan de adaptatie van de reeks comics.
“I’m so excited that the incredibly loyal fans of The Umbrella Academy will be able to experience the fitting end to the Hargreeves siblings’ journey we began five years ago. But before we get to that conclusion, we’ve got an amazing story ahead for season four, one that will have fans on the edge of their seats until the final minutes,” schrijft Blackman in het persbericht.
De reeks, gebaseerd op de comics van My Chemical Romance-frontman Gerard Way, lanceerde in 2019 op Netflix. We weten nog niet wanneer het laatste seizoen net zal releasen.
